During Sharadiya Navratri (October 11th to 20th), strict action will be taken against rumor mongers to maintain peace, harmony, and law and order. Social media will also be monitored. Playing loudspeakers will be prohibited from 10 PM to 6 AM. A license will be mandatory for puja pandals and immersion processions. All pandals will be subject to a mandatory fire audit. 10 to 25 responsible organizers will be required for the safe operation of immersion processions.
