A worker died after being hit by a mixer machine during the construction of a water tank in Vaishakhi village, under the Sarai police station area of Siwan. The deceased has been identified as Ashok Yadav, a resident of Shambhopura in the GB Nagar police station area. He succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment in Patna on Monday. The incident has caused widespread grief in the family. According to reports, the accident occurred while mixing cement and sand at Vaishakhi village by a contractor.
