Bihar Tourism is emphasizing digital facilities: Several major projects from Sitamarhi to Sonpur and Bodh Gaya have been launched, with a program held on World Tourism Day.

On the occasion of World Tourism Day, a seminar was organized at the Sikh Heritage Gurunanak Bhavan to discuss tourism development in Bihar. The program was inaugurated by Tourism Minister Kedar Prasad Gupta, who stated that the state's tourism potential is being enhanced through digital technology, modern facilities, and sustainable tourism. With over 66.2 million tourists arriving in Bihar in 2025, the Tourism Minister indicated that the tourism sector in Bihar is growing rapidly.
