In Patna, Bihar, a police constable shot and killed his sister. He then took his own life by shooting himself with his service revolver. The police recovered a pistol, 33 bullets, and two shells from the scene. Both siblings died on the spot. The incident occurred in Mithila Colony of Nasriganj in the Danapur area. The deceased have been identified as Omchandra alias Sonu (30) and his sister Gayatri Devi (21).
