In Bihar, there will be a battle between tractors and police vehicles: Farmer leader Rakesh Tikait said in Begusarai - a major seed scam is going on in the country.

Rakesh Tikait, the national spokesperson of the Bharatiya Kisan Union, has launched a scathing attack on the central and Bihar governments during a press conference held in Begusarai. Tikait, who arrived in Begusarai this evening during his two-day visit to Bihar, made several serious allegations regarding the plight of farmers in the state, land acquisition, the mandi system, the fertilizer and seed crisis, and rigging in the electoral process. He stated that for the past 20-25 years, a well-thought-out plan has been in place in Bihar.
