In Patna, technology has been employed to address the issue of waterlogging during rainfall and connect citizens directly with relief systems. The Patna Smart City has launched the 'Aab Pragri' mobile app. Through this application, city residents can now share live images and accurate locations of waterlogged areas directly with the administration. This system was developed with technical assistance from IIT Delhi, which will enable direct monitoring of urban flooding and drainage management in Patna.
