Demand for CBI investigation in Behdana toxic liquor case: Villagers say local police are diverting the investigation; an impartial inquiry is necessary for justice.

In the case of the deaths of four young men during a liquor party in Bedhna village, Barh sub-division, Patna, villagers have now demanded a CBI investigation. The families and villagers of the deceased claim that they do not trust the SIT formed by the Rural SP for the investigation. Therefore, they believe this incident should be investigated by the CBI. The villagers stated that the police held a press conference linking the matter to a love affair, claiming that the deceased's maternal uncle was Lalit.
