In Varuna Rasalpur, a laborer died under suspicious circumstances: relatives reported that two young men were left at home in an unconscious state and later died in the hospital.

In the Sarairanjan police station area, a laborer died in suspicious circumstances on Sunday afternoon in Varuna Rasalpur Ward 06 of Raipur Buzurg Panchayat. The deceased has been identified as Mukesh Das (33), a resident of Ratanpur village in Kamtaul police station area of Darbhanga district. He was living with his father-in-law at Rasalpur village and raising his children. His family members have accused him of murder. According to them, Mukesh had an argument with Ranjit Das, a contractor from the village.
