Retired Headmaster Abused in Saharsa: Couple Alleges Neighbor Dumped Dirty Water into Their House and Threatened Them; Seek Security from DIG-High Court Registrar.

Ramlakhan Sah, a 65-year-old retired headmaster and resident of Kosi Chowk Ward No. 17 in the Sadar police station area of Saharsa, has accused his neighbor of forcibly pouring dirty water into his house, verbally abusing him, threatening to kill him, and falsely accusing him in court. He has filed a written application with the Sadar police station, the DIG of Kosi range, and the Registrar General of Patna High Court regarding the matter. In the application, he has sought protection for his life and property, as well as justice in the case.
