Floodwater has spread across 18 districts of Bihar, affecting over 6.65 lakh people. The rate of the Ganges' rise in Patna has slowed down. In the last 24 hours, the water level has risen by 10 cm in Digha, 11 cm in Gandhi Ghat, and 21 cm in Hathidah. The Ganges is above the red mark at all three gauge points.
