The girl, along with her family members, filed a complaint at the Kotwali police station on Friday. Based on the complaint, the police have registered a case under charges of rape and POCSO Act and started investigating the matter. According to the police, the girl was lured to Patna by promising marriage, where she was allegedly raped by a boy some time ago.
