The Bihar Congress will hold a 'Shroud March' on Teacher's Day. This march is regarding the governmentization of a teacher training institute without funds. The march will start from Gandhi Maidan and proceed to Saptamurti, after which a memorandum will be submitted to the District Magistrate. If the demands are not met by September 5th, then the Congress will launch an education satyagraha campaign starting from September 6th. This movement will continue indefinitely in Gardanibagh until the government fulfills the demands.
