Raids at 4 locations of Building Construction Corporation's GM: EOU's influence from Patna to Vaishali; case of property worth ₹3.12 crore more than income.

The Economic Offences Unit (EOU) took significant action on Wednesday morning against Kamlesh Kumar, General Manager (Technical) of Bihar Rajya Bhawan Nirman Nigam Limited, in a disproportionate assets case. The EOU team conducted simultaneous raids at three locations in Vaishali and Patna. Kamlesh Kumar is accused of amassing ₹3 crore 12 lakh 51 thousand more than his known sources of income. An FIR registered on September 21st was filed at the EOU police station under case number 24/26, dated September 21, 2026.
