Bihar-Jharkhand: Fake certificates: MBBS seats sold on fake disability certificates for eyes and ears.

Fake differently-abled individuals were being assigned MBBS reserved seats in government medical colleges by falsely declaring low-scoring NEET UG candidates as such. An inter-state syndicate has been exposed in an EOU investigation. The EOU had arrested Dr. Ravi Shankar alias Samrat, a medical student from Patna and the main leader of the gang. His confession and the investigation report have revealed the layers of fraud. The investigation revealed that the gang was faking a disability.
