OPD closed in Supaul hospitals; patients return without treatment: Services halted in protest against doctors' transfers from Saharsa.

Patients and their families faced difficulties as the OPD services at various government hospitals, including the Sadar Hospital in Supaul district, remained closed on Tuesday. A large number of patients from different areas of the district arrived at the hospital early in the morning, hoping for treatment. However, many patients had to return without receiving treatment after finding that the OPD was closed. The patients stated that they had to pay vehicle fares from very remote areas.
