A young man named Rahul Kumar, 40, was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident near Satihar village in Hazipur, due to the driver's failure to see him. Rahul, who was returning from work, was taken to PMCH Referral Hospital in Patna; the driver of the motorcycle, Shivam Kumar (20), from Kesharama village in Muzaffarpur district, fled the scene but was later caught.
