Crime Reporter | Madhubani: Physical Education and Health instructors working in upgraded middle and secondary schools in Bihar are struggling with financial difficulties due to the non-payment of their honorarium for four months. They have not received a monthly honorarium of 16,000 rupees since April 2026. The instructors say that they initially managed to run their households by borrowing money, but now it has become difficult to manage children's education, rent, medical expenses, and daily living costs.
