Bihar's Minister of Small Water Resources, Santosh Kumar Suman, spoke to the media at the 'Garib Chaupal' program. He stated that the Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM) aims to listen to the problems of the poor, provide solutions, and make them aware of government schemes. The party has already set up Chaupals in 20 districts. "A large population of SC-ST communities is deprived of benefits," Minister Suman said, adding that the objective of this campaign is to reach out to the poor who are deprived of benefits in Patna and other cities.
