Special Judge for Excise Cases in Civil Court Sheikhpura, Satish Kumar Jha, has issued an arrest warrant against three police and excise personnel, including the then SHO of Barbigha, Naveen Kumar. All of them had been absent from court for a long time for testimony. The court has ordered their arrest and presentation.
