Araria - Smack smugglers fatally attack STF, injuring 6 jawans: 10 rounds fired; attacked with iron rods and sticks, 3 arrested.

In the Narpatganj police station area of Araria, a team of Patna STF was attacked on Sunday afternoon while trying to apprehend smack smugglers. Allegedly, the smugglers and their supporters attacked the personnel with iron rods and sticks, injuring six of them. Information has also surfaced that both sides fired more than 10 rounds during the incident. The attackers also damaged the STF's Bolero and a Toyota Glanza car.
