Pink bus service for women launched in Jehanabad: It will operate on the Patna-Jehanabad-Hulasganj route; there will be a female conductor, charging points near every seat, and UPI facility.

In Jehanabad, a pink bus service was launched on Monday to promote women's safety and empowerment. MP Surendra Prasad, Ghosi MLA Rituraj Kumar, District Officer Chhiring Y Bhutia, and Superintendent of Police Kota Kiran Kumar flagged off the bus from the Collectorate premises. The bus will be operated by Bihar State Road Transport Corporation (BSRTC). The bus will run on the Patna-Jehanabad-Hulasganj route. Its purpose is to empower women and students.
