A video of celebratory firing in Didarganj, Patna City, has gone viral on Instagram. A photo of the young man seen firing in this video has also surfaced with the Didarganj police station in-charge. Following the instructions of the Rural SP, a case has been registered against the youth at the Didarganj police station. The police have started investigating the viral video. During the investigation, the young man seen firing was identified as Sumit Kumar alias Chhote.
