Assault over rough driving on Patna Marine Drive, VIDEO: Young man forcibly tried to be put in a car; action may be taken upon receiving a complaint.

A violent brawl broke out between two parties on Patna's Marine Drive late at night over reckless driving. During the incident, passersby passing by were also frightened. Video footage of the entire event has surfaced, showing some youths assaulting a young man and attempting to forcibly put him in a car. Two vehicles were reportedly racing at high speed when they crossed each other very quickly late at night.
