Although the floodwaters in Khagaria are receding rapidly, the challenges that will arise after this have increased the concern of the district administration. Considering the possibility of waterlogging, contaminated water, infections, snake bites, and drowning incidents, the administration has intensified monitoring of post-flood activities. A meeting was held on Saturday under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Vikram Virkar with public representatives and concerned officials through video conferencing.
