Prayagraj: A history-sheeter named Lalla shot and killed SP District Secretary Pawan Yadav; police have apprehended three others.

In the case of the murder of SP district secretary Pawan Yadav in Handia, police have taken three accused into custody, including a history-sheeter. All three accused are said to be from the village itself.
