Prayagraj: Thieves stole jewelry worth 1.5 million rupees and 100,000 rupees in cash that were kept for the daughter's wedding; the family had gone to Azamgarh.

Thieves broke into a locked house in New Mehdauri, located in Teliarganj, and stole approximately 1.5 million rupees worth of gold and silver jewelry, as well as one hundred thousand rupees in cash, which the owner had kept there for his daughter's wedding night.
