Flood in Prayagraj: The Ganga and Yamuna rivers have reached near warning levels, causing water to enter low-lying areas, and people are starting to pack their belongings.
Due to the continuously rising water levels in the Ganges and Yamuna rivers, the threat of floods looms large in the district. The water level of both rivers continued to rise rapidly on Sunday. By 4 pm on Monday, the water level in the Ganges had reached 82.72 meters in Phaphamau and 82.32 meters in Naini.
