Prayagraj: A young man climbed a tower in an attempt to arrest the accused but descended after eight hours.

Upset by the non-arrest of the accused in the registered FIR, a young man climbed atop a tower on Thursday morning. The Gadaiipur flyover on the Mauaima-Pratapgarh road was jammed for nearly eight hours.
