Prayagraj: An inspector and sub-inspector from Handia have been suspended for allegedly taking four lakh rupees from a victim.

Inspector Anoop Saroj of Handiya police station and Sub-Inspector Brijesh Kumar have been suspended for allegedly taking money in the name of action while advocating for one party in a land dispute. The charges against both were revealed in a confidential investigation ordered by the Police Commissioner.
