High Court: Relief to petitioner in case related to former Chायल MLA, stay on criminal proceedings. The Allahabad High Court has stayed the pending criminal proceedings related to the FIR filed by Sanjay Kumar Gupta, former BJP MLA from Chायल, against the petitioner for allegedly threatening him. The court has also issued notices to the government and the former MLA, seeking their responses. This order was passed by a single bench of Justice Vikram D. Chauhan on a petition filed by Vikas Gupta.
