High Court: Accused of sending email against CM gets conditional bail, has been in jail for two and a half years. The Allahabad High Court has granted conditional bail to Mubarak Ali, the accused who allegedly sent an email containing derogatory remarks against Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. The accused had been imprisoned for approximately two and a half years. This order was given by a single bench of Justice Krishna Pehel. An FIR was registered against the accused in 2024 at Bhitauli police station in Maharajganj.
