High Court: Response sought from HC administration in the Civil Judge Senior Division promotion test case.

High Court: The Allahabad High Court has sought a response from the HC administration in connection with the promotion test case of the Civil Judge Senior Division. The court is hearing a petition filed by 40 judicial officers who were declared ineligible for the promotion eligibility exam for the post of Civil Judge (Senior Division). This order was issued by a division bench comprising Justice Arindam Sinha and Justice Satyaveer Singh, in response to a petition filed by Ashutosh Tiwari, a resident of Prayagraj, along with 39 other judicial officers.
