Prayagraj: A personal affidavit has been sought from the Station House Officer (SHO) regarding why he did not transfer the investigating officer after his transfer.

The Allahabad High Court has taken seriously the negligence of the police in investigating a criminal case at Rajatalab Police Station in Varanasi. After the transfer of the investigating officer, it was not handed over to anyone else for a long time, and a personal affidavit has been sought from the SHO (Station House Officer).
