High Court: Order altered without notice is legally invalid, hearing to commence afresh. The Allahabad High Court has stated that altering an old order without giving notice to the other party or their side, or by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM), is completely legally invalid. The court clarified that until the affected party has the opportunity to present their case, any previous decision cannot be rejected through review.
