Prayagraj: The water level in the Belan River is rising, posing a risk of flooding in the coastal areas.

Following rainfall in the Belan River catchment area, the river's water level is rising rapidly. Due to the continuous increase in discharge from the Barodha pickup weir, there is a strong possibility of the Tons River also experiencing an increase in its water level along with the Belan.
