Prayagraj: A dismissed constable has been granted relief and ordered to be reinstated into service on charges of consuming alcohol.

The Allahabad High Court has granted relief to Sanjay Chauhan, a dismissed Gorakhpur Police Line constable, who was accused of consuming alcohol and behaving rudely during duty. The court has revoked his dismissal order and ordered his reinstatement within two weeks.
