The Allahabad High Court stated that not informing about the cancellation of a previous appointment cannot be grounds for termination of service. With this observation, the court invalidated and revoked the order of termination of service issued by the BSA of Sant Kabir Nagar against Assistant Teacher Anil Kumar.
