High Court: Allahabad High Court quashes dowry harassment case proceedings on the basis of a mutual agreement between the husband and wife. The single bench of Justice Sandeep Jain issued this order on the applications filed by Sunil Gupta and others. Sunil Gupta and Sonali Gupta got married on November 20, 2003. After a dispute, the wife demanded dowry, which was not met.
