Pune techie fatally runs over sleeping man, tells cops he found him unconscious on road

A car driver struck a sleeping casual worker in Pune early Friday morning. He then transported the injured man to a hospital, claiming he found him unconscious. The worker, Baba Baburao Chavan, later died from his injuries at the hospital. Police are investigating the incident and have registered a case of rash driving. The driver, a techie, is currently being sought by authorities.
