The funeral of Yuvika Singh, daughter of Minister Deepika Pandey Singh, was held in Ranchi after a road accident in Jamshedpur. Her father Ratnesh Singh, former minister Banna Gupta, and grandmother Pratibha Pandey arrived at the minister's residence from Jamshedpur with the body. Deepika Pandey Singh was in Mahgama when she rushed to Ranchi. She was unconscious while leaving the airport. Chief Minister Hemant Soren and several ministers and MLAs from Congress-JMM were present.
