The police have revealed the murder of Nikhar Sablok (33), a hotel businessman and resident of Vijaya Heritage in Kandarbera, Chandil. The police investigation has uncovered a dispute related to land transactions and an old rivalry as the motive behind the murder. According to the police, the murder was committed due to a dispute over the purchase and sale of three acres of land in Pindrapahadia, located behind Tenth Mile Stone, as well as land deals in Sidgoda and Sonari involving close associates of Ganesh Singh.
