The Higher and Technical Education Department's plan is to conduct 196 'J-Talk' lectures every year in colleges and universities across Jharkhand. Experts from India and abroad will engage in dialogue through lecture series and podcasts.

To elevate the education system in Jharkhand to a new level, the government will launch J-Talk (Jharkhand Transforming Academic Learning and Knowledge Platform). This initiative will promote academic discussions and innovative ideas in higher education. By bringing together experts, teachers, researchers, and students from across the country and abroad onto one platform, it will facilitate lecture series, panel discussions, dialogues, podcasts, and youth talks.
