The Congress has issued a show-cause notice to Yogendra Saw, the former minister of Jharkhand who was surrounded within his own party for making statements against Chief Minister Hemant Soren. The disciplinary committee of the state Congress issued the notice on Sunday. The notice requires Saw to submit a written explanation within three days regarding his statement against Soren.
