Ranjit Ravidas, from Madhopur village in Itkhori block of Chatra district in Jharkhand, has achieved great success in fish farming. He has not only made himself self-reliant but has also provided employment to 40 other families. Ranjit earns around Rs 10-20 thousand daily from selling fish. As a result, he earns up to Rs 32 lakh annually. It was his father's guidance that shaped Ranjit's life path.
