Ranchi University: PhD Admissions... 567 candidates shortlisted for 331 seats

Ranchi University (RU) has released the final list of candidates for the PhD admission session 2026-27 interviews. For a total of 331 seats in the university, 567 candidates have been shortlisted, meaning that 236 more candidates will appear for the interview than are available. The list was released after a thorough scrutiny of over 150 objections under the guidance of Vice-Chancellor Prof. Saroj Sharma and the supervision of Research Director Dr. Parvez Hasan.
