Jharkhand High Court's directive on appointment: Community health graduates will receive benefits including appointment and a grade pay of ₹4200.

The court of Jharkhand High Court Justice Deepak Roshan has provided significant relief to Sunil Kumar and other candidates who passed the Bachelor of Science course in Community Health, after hearing their petition. The court directed the state government to initiate the appointment process for these candidates. Additionally, based on the gazette notification of 2019, they have been instructed to be given a grade pay of ₹4200 from the date of passing the examination.
