The torrential rainfall in the last four days of Bhado has fulfilled the monsoon quota for Jharkhand. As of Tuesday, the state had received a total of 970 mm of rain, which was eight percent less than normal. Following this, the rainfall decreased to 991.3 mm by Saturday compared to 999.7 mm, which is just one percent less than normal. However, even a slight variation from the norm is considered normal rainfall. This marks the third time in the last five years that normal rainfall has been recorded during the monsoon season.
