Around 5:30 am, a Hyva vehicle, loaded with goods from a stone mine, lost control and fell into a 50-foot deep gorge. In the accident, Surendra Verma (35), a Hyva owner and driver from Khijarsota, was seriously injured. He was rushed to a private hospital in Giridih, where he was given first aid.
