The FSL examination of Rakshak Singh's mobile, who was an employee of the outsourcing agency TDPL that conducted the exam, exposed the entire syndicate involved in manipulating the exam. It was revealed that Rakshak Singh, while working at TDPL, had tampered with the question papers and answer sheets.
