Naxalite shutdown halts buses in Chatra: A 3-day strike has been called in 7 districts to protest the Brajesh Ganju encounter, leaving passengers stranded.

The three-day strike called by Naxalites in protest against the encounter of TSPC supremo Brajesh Ganju by UP ATS is having an impact in Chatra. Due to this strike, buses have stopped plying in Chatra, causing considerable inconvenience to passengers. The TSPC has termed this encounter as fake. The organization has called for a strike in seven districts of Jharkhand starting today, i.e., September 24th. This strike will last for three days. A silence has descended upon the Chatra bus stand due to the fear of the strike.
